If you feel you may be struggling with your mental health and feeling suicidal, we understand it may feel daunting and scary to seek help. Although, Sussex MSK Partnership is not a mental health service, your safety is important to us and we would recommend that you contact any of the services below:
For Brighton
The Mental Health Rapid Response Service is available should you require support in a crisis, are distressed or are in need of urgent help with your mental health on 0300 304 0078.
The Service is open 24/7, 365 days a year.
For Mid Sussex, Crawley and Horsham
The Sussex Mental Healthline is available should you require support in a crisis, are in distress or are in need of urgent help with your mental health. Call NHS 111 and select Option 2 for Mental Health.
The Mental Healthline is open 24/7, 365 days a year.
The Samaritans Helpline is also available 24/7 on 116 123.
Crisis Support by Text
SHOUT offers support by text for those in need of support with their mental health. You can access this by texting Shout to 85258.
Crisis Support Apps
Calm Harm provides support and guidance for those struggling with self harm.
Stay Alive provides support to those having thoughts of suicide, or for those concerned about someone else.
