Where Is It

County Oak Medical Centre is located on the corner where County Oak Avenue and Carden Hill meet, not far from ASDA superstore.

When you arrive in the practice, please do not report to the Main Reception on the Ground Floor. Please make your way to the waiting room on the Lower Ground Floor. There will be no receptionist to sign you in upon arrival, please take a seat and wait to be called for your appointment. If you need help locating the waiting room, please call us on 0300 303 8063.

Parking

There is a free car park at the surgery. Free parking is also available on the road outside the surgery.

Mobility Access

There is a ramp to the front door, disabled toilets, and a lift that reaches all levels.

Public Transport

Carden Hill is served by bus routes 26 and 46.
Carden Avenue is served by bus route 5B.
