Your First Appointment
Dear Patient,
We have received your referral to the Sussex Musculoskeletal (MSK) Partnership (Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, & Care Navigation Service). We would like to offer you your first ‘What Matters to You’ appointment:
- This first appointment will focus on what matters to you to ensure you receive the right treatment first time.
- There may be some clinical assessment as part of this conversation.
- The appointment will take place at Broadfield Community Centre (not the hospital).
- You will be booked in with either a Physiotherapy specialist or a Care Navigation specialist depending on your referral. Physiotherapists are able to provide direction & guidance for more complex conditions. Care Navigators are able to provide treatment direction as well as guidance for what other support networks, groups, and treatments are available.
- If you need a follow up appointment this will be in one of our hospital-based Physiotherapy departments.
If you do not book an appointment or contact us within 2 weeks, you will be discharged from our service. We will assume you no longer need our care.
If you book an appointment but are unable to attend please call us on 01273 242 054 (option 2) to rebook to a new date.

The car park for Broadfield Community Centre is behind the centre itself. If this is full there is another free car park (for Iceland supermarket) just along the same road.
Once you have parked follow the path around the building to the main entrance.
