Unfortunately, our current wait times are quite long (20+ weeks) and your circumstances may have changed since we received your referral.

You can self-refer back into our service if your symptoms return at any time.

You do not need to contact us if you would like to remain on the waiting list. We will contact you as soon as we are able to offer you an appointment in Crawley or Horsham Hospital.
